Advanced Long-Term Environmental Monitoring Systems (ALTEMIS) is a long-term groundwater monitoring system at Department of Energy legacy sites with multiple hardware and software technologies to analyze soil & groundwater contamination. It supports DOE’s long-term stewardship, reducing the load for legacy management site surveillance activities by monitoring residual contamination, providing assurance to the public, and addressing the future liability of these sites.
