This 3-D nonlinear dynamic structural analysis tool is based on a method of structural analysis originally developed at the University of Tokyo this can simulate and optimize manual deconstruction, controlled collapse and implosion plans in the demolition design phase, before the actual demolition. It can be used in understanding the potential dust cloud and dispersion during implosions & controlled collapse demolition.
