The HARPERS project (HARmonised PracticEs, Regulations and Standards in waste management and decommissioning) was a €3.6 million EU-funded initiative launched to align nuclear decommissioning standards and radioactive waste management across Europe. It ran for three years until July 2025, bringing together 30 partners from 14 countries.
