A repair method for leaks in pools utilizing organic adhesive materials that do not impact the base material and are inherently resistant to corrosion. The principle of this adhesive technology is to cover the affected or susceptible areas – primarily the entire weld seam – with the adhesive material. Framatome refers to this as the "sandwich technology." This approach combines the excellent properties of an organic adhesive with additional protection against mechanical impacts.
