Polo Dust-Con is a concentrated, citrus-based product formulated to control dust generated by soil, coal, limestone and other materials.
Polo Dust-Con is particularly suited for use as the dust control agent in underground mines. Use of Polo Dust-Con typically removes around 50% more respirable dust than water alone. Polo Dust-Con improves the wetting ability of water, resulting in fast knockdown of fugitive particles and reduction in droplet size compared to raw water.
This reduction in droplet size represents greater surface area for attraction of particulate matter, especially fines.
