The Topy Survey Runner (S92-LW) Unmanned Ground Vehicle is designed to save human life in the wake of nuclear (and other) disasters. It is manipulated by an Operator Control Unit from a safe distance. The idea is that humans could send out this robot into dangerous areas for exploration purposes, and to determine safety levels: there’s a radiation monitor on top of the vehicle
