The HLK-SRT-80300 Size Reduction Tool is designed to pick up manageable debris, (up to 80Kg Max Weight), and deposit it into collection receptacles or baskets. The combined arm and cutter are mounted such that the arm can transfer cables or pipe to the cutter jaws to enable it to be cut into disposable sized pieces. The cutter can also pick up pipe or cable directly when a long piece needs to be reduced in length before being placed in the collection receptacle or basket. The system has been designed for fitting to an overhead gantry or robotic head with connections for hydraulic and electrical control signals.
