A miniature swimming robot that navigates cluttered water surfaces. Inspired by marine flatworms, the device offers new possibilities for environmental monitoring and ecological research. Unlike traditional propeller-based systems, this robot uses silently undulating fins for propulsion that combined with its light weight, allows the robot to float on the water’s surface and reduce sediment disposal.
