A snake robot with a pneumatically growing inflatable body capable of navigating and inspecting extremely restricted environments. Unlike conventional borescopes or rigid segmented manipulators, the robot grows through the pipework as it inflates, reducing friction and allowing it to negotiate complex bends and obstacles with minimal force.
