An automated, robotic system for the receipt and pre-use inspection of Criticality Control Overpack (CCO) drums. It comprises an automated guided vehicle (AGVs) to deliver the shipping containers between the staging and inspection locations and a robotic arm (plus vision and bolting tools) for pre-use inspections, dimensional checks, and security verifications.
