Overview

The Octant 1 boom was designed to provide a more effective support role to the Octant 5 boom/mascot manipulator working environment. The volumetric efficiency of the transported multi-drawer task module improved the component and tooling delivery in terms of the scope of components and tooling, delivered, the rate of delivery and the proximity of the delivered items with respect to Mascot’s ever changing work location in the JET torus.
