Flux-cored solder
Catalogs:
Overview
Solder with built-in flux, often called flux-cored solder, has a hollow core filled with flux. As the solder melts, the flux is released to clean the metal surfaces and help the solder flow and bond correctly, eliminating the need for separate flux in many applications. It is a common and convenient choice for most electronic soldering tasks.
