Permeable Treatment Wall (PTW)

Overview
The Permeable Treatment Wall (PTW) addresses a strontium-90 (Sr-90) groundwater plume. The 850-foot long wall uses zeolite, a naturally occurring mineral, to filter Sr-90 from the groundwater. This technology is designed to contain the plume's expansion until a long-term management strategy is selected.
